La Fontana will be a new
neighborhood on the western edge of
the city of David. The masterplan
designed by Arosemena & Soundy
Arquitectos incorporates mixed-use,
multi story buildings along primary
avenues, and pockets of residential
quarters, with parks and plazas along
main boulevards.
Instead of creating a single-use,
suburban expansion, this strategy
aims at turning this new development
into an extension of the existing city.
